Redeeming Grace Baptist Church
When Ron and Susan moved to NYC in 2008, they had a vision to plant 5 churches in each of the 5 boroughs. That plan began unfolding with this church. It is also where Elvis became a follower of Jesus Christ. For over 10 years, it has been functioning autonomously and is still a light in their community of Brooklyn. This is also the church Elvis got saved in!
Connect Rockaway Beach Church
This church was birthed out of Hurricane Sandy in 2012. As we began helping to rebuild this community in Queens, a garage was rented to help distribute food, housing needs, and construction supplies. Out of that Bible studies started and a church began. For the last 12 years this church has helped change many lives and continues to grow each year. This is our main work that we lead currently!
Connect Rego Park Church
This church launched on Easter of 2023 in a predominantly Jewish community of Queens. Since then, we have hosted many community events and have poured into the believers we have gained. Though slow growing, the people here amaze us at how committed they are to community and discipleship.
Lefferts Park Baptist Church
The leadership of this church contacted the BBFI in December of 2023 as they were without a pastor and in need of revitalization. They came underneath the Connect NYC umbrella in March of 2024. Since then we have seen many saved, baptized, and submitting to discipleship. They continue to be a beacon of hope for their community in Brooklyn.
